1 Obie Dale Rodgers, hereinafter referred to as "defendant," was charged in the District Court of Tulsa County with Second Degree Burglary After Former Conviction of a Felony. The defendant, with two attorneys entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to six (6) years imprisonment, he subsequently asked to withdraw the plea which was overruled and from said Judgment and Sentence a timely appeal has been perfected.
